Oh my got this brilliant book from the library called They Fuck You Up: How to Survive Family Life by Oliver James which suprisingly enough is about how our personalities are mapped by our childhood treatment. It's brilliant, very critical of the politics on both sides of the nature nurture debate.

This clip for When the World is Running Down by The Police has been sustaining my life, I cannot stop thinking about it for more than 10 secs tops.
For these reasons
